While the game play is markedly better than Bridge Baron, this iPhone version has two major drawbacks:
1. the partner bids without the points AND bids up my bid. The number of times Ive been stuck in 4 spades without the ace or king is a bad AI
2. the West player (Im South) always has the king to beat my queen. After months of playing this game, I can reliably predict the opponent card distrubtion which vary significantly from the theoretical distribution given a truly random simulation. Perhaps the iPhone OS uses a pseudo-random number generator and the game uses fixed seeds?!?
Summary: its a great game, but the real world has better shuffling....
